. : Below is a downloadable PDF of the Nine Aspects of Xayún Wahó. They are simply ‘refractions’ of the pure, unified light of Xayún Wahó – or, the Nine Facets of the Powerstone – but each Aspect has its own unique properties and applications in Energy Healing.

The image below is ‘upside down’ from the classic Western Chakra model, but it’s important to note that while each Aspect of XW resonates with a certain chakra, they are not beholden to that chakra, nor do they form a ‘ladder’ or hierarchical model of spiritual development; the Powerstone is about inward and outward integration, not ‘ascension’ or ‘raising your vibration.’ True Alchemy ‘includes and transcends’ all parts of our body, heart-mind, and spirit.

The names of the Aspects are descriptive, poetic, metaphoric. For instance, running the Obsidian current of Xayún Wahó does not mean you are working with actual obsidian energy; rather, this Aspect reminds us of Obsidian because it is dark, heavy, solid, and its boundaries are sharply defined. Similarly, the Lunar current is not actual energy from the moon; it reminds us of moon energy because it is light, feminine, and magnetic.

A similar thing can be found in the Taoist tradition of Wu Xing, the Five Phases of Qi. They are called Earth, Fire, Water, Wood, and Metal, but they are not the energies of these ‘elements’; rather, they are poetic descriptions of the types of Qi that run through our bodies and throughout Nature.

I’ve also included some correspondences with Planetary Energies and other descriptions of the Nine Aspects that will help you sense and understand them better. (Since the publication of this website, I’ve started calling the Void Aspect ‘Umbral’ because some people are turned off by the idea of a ‘void’ energy.)
